The Outpost offers 70 beautiful acres of fun-filled tent and RV camping, nature play, and water adventures along the beautiful Delaware River in upstate New York’s Pond Eddy in lower Sullivan County, just 90-minutes from Manhattan.

Choose from sites alongside or overlooking the river, with a pavilion, on the brookside or near the woods.
All sites are $35/person per night and include a fire ring, picnic table, and garbage.

Luxe Cabins
Our stunning hand-crafted waterfront cabins are perched on the banks of the Delaware and feature deluxe beds, living area with premium pull-out couch, full bathroom with bathtub, central AC/heat, and kitchenettes.
Enjoy opening your front door to your own porch overlooking the rushing river with a site that includes a fire ring and a picnic bench, plus an easy beach access trail and use of hot tub for cabin guests.

The Outpost Resort is located 16 miles north of Port Jervis along scenic Route 97 on the Delaware River in Pond Eddy, NY. Located within two hours of NYC, the drive is popular with motorcycle and car clubs, and passes through the unique lookout point Hawks Nest. The area swells in the spring, summer, and fall months with tourists, nature lovers, leaf peepers, campers, and rafters from around the country and globe. In the winter months, folks visit for the popular ski resorts and small town retreats in the Catskills.
Nearby, visitors can enjoy the culture of towns such as Port Jervis, Barryville, Eldred, and Monticello, as well as attractions such as live concerts at the world renowned Bethel Woods venue, home of the original 1969 Woodstock music festival.

Our A-Frames and cabins are minimum one night year round. Tent camping and RV spots are minimum one night Mon-Thurs and minimum two nights on the weekends between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Tent camping and RV spots are minimum 3 nights on Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend and Labor Day weekend.
