Waiver of Release or Liability

In consideration of Upstate Hospitality Holdings LLC d.b.a The Outpost Outdoor Resort and Upstate Rafting Company LLC providing services and/or equipment to enable me to participate in camping and water-related activities, I agree to the following:

I fully understand and acknowledge that all outdoor recreational activities have inherent risks, dangers, and hazards. My participation in camping and river activities and/or use of equipment may result in injury that could cause serious disability or death. These risks and dangers may be caused by weather, nature, terrain, other campers, animals, water, the owners, agents or employees of Upstate Hospitality Holdings LLC and Upstate Rafting Company, LLC. You agree to fully release Upstate Hospitality Holdings LLC, Upstate Rafting Company LLC, and its owners, agents and employees of any liability pertaining to ANY injuries sustained while participating in camping, hiking, water sports, and/or motorized transportation. I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and any heirs hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless and indemnify Upstate Hospitality Holdings LLC and Upstate Rafting Company LLC and its owners,agents and employees from any and all claims, actions, or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise that may arise out of my use of camping or river activities.

Agreement of Rules

1. Campers agree campground quiet hours are 11:30pm - 6am. No music during this time. Strictly enforced.

2. Campers agree fireworks are strictly forbidden and will be seized upon entry. Fireworks are grounds for immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund.

3. Campers agree not to discharge any firearm of any type.

4. Campers agree to keep children supervised at all times. Children are not allowed to wander at any time.

5. Campers agree there are no refunds once they are checked in.

6. Campers agree to camp at the site assigned to them.

7. Campers agree to park cars in designated parking spaces and parking lots.

8. Campers and river adventure customers agree to wear a lifejacket at all times when participating in water-based activities.

9. Upstate Hospitality has the right to cancel reservations at any time for any reason.

10. Dogs are allowed, but guests must clean after them or be subjected to a clean-up fee.

Agreement of Cancellation Policy

-If cancellation occurs 3+ weeks prior to the reservation date, campers will be given a full refund minus $50 cancellation fee.

-If cancellation occurs 2 weeks prior to the reservation date, campers will be given a 50% refund of reservation.

-If cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks prior to the reservation date, campers will fully forfeit their reservation, with no refunds given.

Agreement of Accommodations

For guests of campsites, RV sites, cabins, the tiny home - we reserve the right to move accommodations to the next best available spot for whatever reason.

Agreement of Clean-Up Fees

Sites or lodging accommodations who leave trash within/around their space will be subject to a cleanup fees of $50 for sites under 8 people, and $100 and up for sites over 8 people, or custom amounts if damages incur. Including, but not limited to, general trash, bottles, lids/bottle caps/lids, aluminum tabs, cigarette butts, dog doody, and confetti.
